After becoming disenchanted with the complacency of the punk scene in the mid 90's Annix turned to hip hop and techno to vent his own expression of social discontentment, His style is an amalgamation of acid coupled with tribal mayhem and punishing kick drums. His inspiration is drawn from abroad including the sounds of Crass records all the way to the ethics of the Underground Resistance.The message is loud and clear, "This is techno: hard, unrelenting, soulful ...the soundtrack to the new urban sprawl."
